Refund policy
Products that are digital files, as described, will not be subject to the same return policy as physical products. However, you can still request a return if you encounter one of the following issues:
- The downloaded digital file does not match the video described in the product.
- The digital file has an error that prevents it from being opened or viewed.
To obtain a refund, you must provide evidence that the downloaded file has one of the aforementioned issues. The file you provide as proof must be the original file downloaded and must not have been edited.
